Artefacts of Digital Memory

The world is becoming increasingly digital and we are spending more and more time online. As a result, we are always moving in-between physical and virtual spaces. This map may be used to navigate the liminal space we find ourselves in as we slowly evolve into digital humans. It is a hybrid artefact made up of found images from an iPhone of the first generation, made tangible by means of the cyanotype printing process. The smartphone constitutes the central tool to mediate our digital experiences, specifically regarding how we document and remember our lives. I am aiming to provide perspective on our relationship with digital media in the present.
